The Architectural Review Board (ARB) is entrusted with the authority to review and approve or disapprove applications and design documents for all new construction as well as all modifications made to existing homes and landscaping in Stanton Landing. Routine maintenance done to existing homes and landscaping (exterior repainting in same color, replacing rotting wood, replacing dead plants, etc…) DOES NOT require ARB approval. New construction and modifications (room, porch, deck additions, changing exterior paint color or shingles, new landscape beds, installation of landscape lighting, fountains, bird baths, etc…) DO require ARB approval.
